Founded in 2008 in Chengdu as a specialized hospitality textile sourcing office, BabyKoala was expanded and formally backed by a coalition of vice-chairman member companies of the China Hotel Supplies Association (CHSA) to serve international hotel groups directly.
Unlike traditional third-party trading companies that add layers of markup and opacity, BabyKoala operates as the direct international export and R&D arm of China's leading hospitality manufacturers — spanning 19 industrial clusters and 120+ audited partner factories.
Today, we combine high-volume OEM/ODM supply consolidation with our dedicated Innovation Lab, helping hotels transition to zero-plastic amenities and energy-saving textiles without increasing operating budgets.
