1. Raw Material Lab Testing
Yarn fiber composition, thread count, GSM weight, pH value, and colorfastness are verified against OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 criteria prior to weaving.
2. In-Process Line Inspection (DUPRO)
Inspectors audit active production lines at 20–30% completion to verify dimensions, seam strength, embroidery placement, and packaging accuracy.
3. Pre-Shipment Audit (AQL 2.5)
ISO 2859-1 (AQL 2.5 Major / 4.0 Minor) random sampling on finished cartons, accompanied by a detailed digital inspection report for client approval.
4. Container Loading Supervision
Verification of container dryness, carton count, moisture desiccant placement, palletization, and bottle-seal numbering prior to port dispatch.
